EJP's Policy and Research Team is honored to host a teach-in with the Illinois Network for Pretrial Justice on Monday, April 20th!
Join us to learn more about Illinoisans' pretrial rights under the Pretrial Fairness Act. Presenters from the Illinois Network for Pretrial Justice will explain how pretrial hearings look, the overall success of the law thus far, the Pretrial Success Act, and future challenges.
The teach-in will take place from 6 to 8 pm Central Time on Monday, April 20th, 2026. This is a hybrid event.
