RIPPLE Effect stands for Reaching Inside Prisons with Purpose and Love. During these events, attendees write cards to loved ones and community members who are currently incarcerated. Stationery and food are provided. Anyone is welcome to attend - even if they do not fill out this RSVP form!
We have five RIPPLE Effect sessions during the 2026-27 school year:
- Halloween: Tuesday, October 6, 2026; 5:30-7:00 pm CT
- Thanksgiving: Monday, November 9, 2026; 5:30-7:00 pm CT
- Holiday: Tuesday, December 15, 2026; 5:30-7:00 pm CT
- Valentine's Day: Tuesday, February 2, 2027; 5:30-7:00 pm CT
- May Day: Tuesday, May 11, 2027; 5:30-7:00 pm CT
These events are located at Bethel AME Church (401 E. Park Street in Champaign, IL). There is easy street and lot parking
